TIPS FOR RELAXING

TIPS FOR RELAXING:

Relaxing could be a difficult activity due to the daily problems.
The tips for getting relaxing depends on each person, it’s an illogical thought to believe that everyone can relax doing the same activities.
Here you’ll have some tips for relaxing:

-       Breathe Deeply:
Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand on your belly. Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath start in your abdomen and work its way to the top of your head. Reverse the process as you exhale through your mouth.

-       Meditate:

It's simple. Sit up straight with both feet on the floor. Close your eyes. Focus your attention on reciting -- out loud or silently -- a positive mantra such as “I feel at peace” or “I love myself.” Place one hand on your belly to sync the mantra with your breaths.

-       Listen to music:
This tip is one of the most common, but on the other hand it’s one of the most useful. It’s pretty important to get a moment to enjoy your favorite music; this moment could be doing you job/homework or only closing your eyes and listening. It doesn’t matter what kind of music you like, but a good recommendation could be classic music.

-       Doing your favorite hobbies:
All of us have different types of hobbies, for getting relaxing an excellent tip is doing the activities you enjoy, some example of these activities (hobbies) are: reading, watching series/movies, drawing, playing an instrument. Finally is essential making time for doing your favorite hobbies.

-       Laugh Out Loud:
A good belly laugh doesn’t just lighten the load mentally. It lowers cortisol, your body’s stress hormone, and boosts brain chemicals called endorphins, which help your mood. Lighten up by tuning in to your favorite video, reading the comics, or chatting with someone who makes you smile.

Other tips you can put in practice are:
-       Spend time with people you enjoy: friends, family, boyfriend/girlfriend.
-       Get moving: physical activities like dancing, practicing sports, doing yoga.
-       Get a pet: spending time with a pet can be a relaxing activity.
-     Going to interesting places, some examples could be: restaurants, museums, cinema, and concerts.
-       Sleeping: this activity will give you energy and you’ll get up relaxed.
Finally, you don’t have to be afraid of doing new things for getting relaxed.
