My name is Kate. I like my gym instructor. He is a handsome man his likes running. I wanted to draw attention and I spoken him about my love for running but I really detest it. He entered a race and invites me participation and I accepted I don't know that I thought in those moment. I don’t know to do. I go race and he discovery my lie,  that day I say that I am sick and I don’t go or I tell he truth. What  should I do?

You only have two options.

First:  you say truth and you confess your feelings and you hope that he understands. Maybe He consider cute or romantic.

Second: you follow lying and you have more problems because you try to find excuses or reasons that explicate your behavior. you are confused and you don't know what say. he will discovery your lies. you will have a big problem and you have to give  many explications.

The better is you are honest.
