TAKE CARE… EATING

You feel tired, with muscle pain, cramps, weight gain and insomnia???... It's not the school that drives you crazy!!! Maybe it's your bad diet…

A bad diet can cause serious problems, so we give you some tips to start eating better and take care of your health:
  •      Eat 4 or 5 times a day. This way we distribute the energy through the day and keep our metabolism stable. The ideal is to have 3 large meals and two snacks (mid-morning and mid-afternoon) that can be from vegetables, fruit, yogurt or cereal.
  • Eat a wide variety of foods; so, you can incorporate more vitamins, protein and minerals into your diet.
  • Set schedules to eat. Set schedules and respect them is a great first step to start being healthier.
  •       Chew food slowly. It is not a race, to properly digest food you must chew them for a considerable time. You will also feel satiated faster and gradually you will notice how your portions become smaller.
  •       Don’t add extra sugars to you meals.
  • Do exercise. Walking for at least 30 minutes a day will help you feel better and more energetic!
Follow these tips but, don’t forget to go with a specialist who will help you to make a diet according to your lifestyle.
