FAVORITE MOVIES

Thousands and thousands of movies were released every year in the world. As a movie fanatic, it’s an obligation to share with you fellas the story of my favorite film. Blade Runner is a 1982 science fiction film directed by Ridley Scott and starring Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer, Sean Young, and Edward James Olmos. The movie, is an adaptation of the 1968 novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? by Philip K. Dick. 

The story depicts a future in which synthetic humans known as replicants are created by the Tyrell Corporation to work on off-world colonies. When a fugitive group of replicants led by Roy Batty escape back to Earth, the detective known Rick Deckard accepts to hunt them down. During his investigations, Deckard meets Rachael, an advanced replicant who causes him to question his mission.

Last friday, the sequel was released, after 30 years of waiting; Blade Runner 2049 is also a science fiction film directed by Denis Villeneuve and starring Harrison Ford, Ana de Armas, and Ryan Glosling.
